My name is Christine, and I live in Colorado in a very cheerful place on Happy Canyon Road. I'm a busy full-time Ebayer, and have been running my own Ebay store for the past 5+ years. I love the products that I sell, and I hope you will too! Please be sure to see my About ME  page for more details.

The HAPPY CANYON COTTAGE does have a cottage-like feeling, especially because I love contemporary cottage/country decor. There are potted plants and flowers everywhere I can fit them. There's even a brick wall with a lovely fireplace which is roaring during most of the winter months. But technically, the "cottage" is a big roomy condo that is about 1/2 filled up with Ebay inventory, and a generously sized shipping area.
In addition, I have 2 incredibly helpful assistants who do a lot of my shipping for me when I'm travelling, or when I'm just overwhelmed with volume. 
I operate on-line exclusively, and don't have a retail business location .... so for that reason I cannot offer local pick ups, sorry! Besides, we're all busy, and it is is SO much more efficient for me to mail your purchase.

I accept payment by PAYPAL (including balances and credit cards). 
You will receive a reminder e-mail after 4 days if payment isn't received .... so hurry up, don't you want to get your new purchase ASAP ???
If you use your checking account to pay via PayPal, keep in mind that it will take at least 5 business days to clear.

Shipping

Your purchase will be carefully wrapped and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, with rare exceptions. If you have a special instructions, a specific deadline or require something super speedy, please let me know via separate e-mail and I'll do my best to accomodate. Please DO NOT leave me important instructions in the notes section of your paypal payment, as I rarely see that, and my shipping assistant staff have no way to access that.
Most items are wrapped and secured in clean, appropriate packing material. Most items will be shipped from the Post Office, by either 1st class or Priority Mail. (I rarely use Parcel Post, it just takes too long). 
For heavier items weighing over 2 lbs, and for large combined purchases, your package will be mailed via FedEx Ground, which will include excellent insurance.

Returns take time, trouble and money for both of us, so let's try to avoid it, ok? Ask questions before you bid and buy!
Having said that, I realize that mistakes do happen! If you need to return your purchase please let me now right away. I will almost always accept your return, and refund the purchase price ONLY. In other words, the postage won't be refunded, and it will be your responsibilty to mail it back to me.
If the mistake is my fault (yes, I'm human, it happens!) I will send you a postage paid mailer for your return, along with the replacement item.
Every package shipped with contain my business card with complete contact info. Please contact me FIRST before shipping anything back to me.
