This is a new with tags Vera Bradley "Cargo Sling" Peacock bag.  This is a retired pattern.  

14"x 12½" x 5¾" –46" adjustable strap

This sling-style bag is designed to lie neatly against your body. The trendy design has two gusseted flap pockets with Velcro® closures, plus a slip pocket on each end and a full zippered compartment on back. Three inside slip pockets and comfortable, adjustable shoulder.
