3. RETURNS: Please contact me within 7 days if there is a problem with the shipment.

If an exchange is OK'd, the buyer must return the item in same condition as received, postmarked, within one week of receipt.

 Original shipping materials must be returned. Return S/H charges are to be borne by buyer except where return is due to seller's error.

Items must be unopened in the original plastic wrap/factory sealed box.

Unless insured, items, which are lost or damaged in transit, will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Generally, items returned will be for an exchange.

Occasionally, items do go out of stock or become sold out, under which conditions a refund would be given.
