Return & Refund Policy:
You may request a return within 3 days of receipt of merchandise if the item is not as described or functionality is not as stated. We know mistakes are possible and we will do our best to make any negative into a positive Simply email us through E-Bay to request a refund.

Usual business hours are M-F. Product shipped daily. (shipping done until 11a.m)
If product is paid for on a Friday afternoon you can rest assured that your product will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
