| Return and Refund Policies |
- We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the PRODUCT PRICE (less S&H fees) with 7 days of your purchase via insured parcel post (USPS) to: Autolevels, 15165 Sierra Bonita Lane, Chino, Califonia 91710, USA.
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of purchase transaction, and the product must be in its original condition, including the packing box, UPC bar code, and all accessories.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return Instruction
- If you are unsatisfied and desire to return an item, please follow the instructions below:
Returns Must Be Coordinated - Contact AmInstrument via email for a return authorization number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender COD.
Returns Must Be Re-packaged in Original Shipping Materials - The items must be returned in the original packing material and received in "like new" condition. Using other packing may result in a 15% reduction in the refund.
Instruments Must Be Received in New Condition - Instruments showing marks, such as scratches and dents, etc., due to usage will not be acceptable for refund or have at least 20% deducted from the refund.
After 7 Days - Returns may be accepted up to 30 days after the "7 Day Return Policy" deadline but will automatically have a 15% re-stocking fee assessed. All other terms and conditions listed above also apply. Returns after 30 days are not permitted.
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please report these damages to the shipping company responsible and request a damage claim number and forward it to us. Please also take pictures of the damages and email them to us. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package(s). Upon receipt of the claim #, we will ship your replacement items.
- If you receive a wrong item, please take a picture of the item and email it to us. Upon confirmation, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for the return. Once this item is return-shipped we will immediately ship you the correct item.Please note, any claim after 10 days of receipt will be handled as a warranty issue.

However, this response time is dependent on the availability of the information you request and if the information you provided is complete. On most requests you should have a reply from us within 24 hours, if not quicker. You will receive a much faster response if you include the eBay item #s or invoice #s of the items in question in your email and always quote previous emails back when you reply. If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, please be patient. We do receive one or two "failure notice" for email delivery at times. Possible reasons include:
1.Your (or our) email space is full;
2.Your (or our) email Spam filters or other restrictions blocked the delivery;
3.The email we received had a code that is not readable
- If any of these situations happens, please send your emails via eBay messenger by "Ask seller a question" in the "Meet the seller" section on the upright corner of the eBay item listing. - If you have already purchased from our store, please include your eBay user ID and/or postcode or other identification via email. Thus, we can follow up your order more easily.

- Q: Are your products brand new? Do they come with a warranty? Who provides the warranty services and how?
A: All our equipments sold on eBay come brand new in factory sealed boxes. All our rework stations come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. We, Autolevels, carry all of the warranty services, and are headquartered in the greater Los Angeles area (southern California), USA. Most of your possible problems can be solved over the phone with the help of our very experienced and well-trained technicians and engineers. We will send you parts and instructions for replacement if necessary. In very few cases, you may need to send your equipment back to our facilities in southern California for maintenance or repair.
- Q: Do you combine shipping? What is the shipping cost? How about shipping insurance?
A: Yes, we combine shipping whenever it is possible to save you shipping cost. For combined shipping, we charge full S&H for the first item and half of that from the second (smaller) item on. Please find the shipping cost of individual item in the listing under the Shipping & Handling section. Shipping insurance is optional but is strongly recommended for domestic orders. Shipping companies pay much more attention to your packages when they are insured. Almost all our customers buy shipping insurance for equipments like rework stations. Shipping insurance is required for international orders to ensure the traceability of shipped packages.
- Q: What is your return policy? What are your store policies?
A: We stand behind our products, as we believe in their top-of-the-line quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, return them within seven (7) days in the original box and packaging. Your money will be fully refunded less shipping and handling cost.
