One of the best things about the Daily Planner is how easy it is to use. This book is about half the size of a piece of paper. The design of the binding allows the notebook to be opened flat making it easy to write from either side. I find this particular book much more satisfying to use than my PDA. It is much more organic than my handheld could ever be.

There are quite a few pages that precede the weekly planner portion; an ID page, a title page and a personal data page. There is 2-page spread which displays both 2010 and 2011 broken down by small, monthly calendars.

A 6-page, ruled Monthly Calendar has room for inserting simple notes and is convenient to use for planning vacations and noting other significant days. An International Holidays chart includes the holidays for 44 different countries and is followed by a ruled, Monthly Calendar for 2011.
