ViNtAgE Honey 1970's Retro Colorful Silk Scarf Japan



Check out this wonderful old scarf from Honey. It is sooo pretty! And the silk is sooo scrumptious - it is frothy and so soft - it reminds me of whipped cream. This one measures 31" square with wonderful colors - peacock blue, a yummy milk chocolate brown, minty turquoise, white, peony pink, purple and a great green. There are different floral prints and polka dots in different sized stripes - it reminds me of wallpaper. This is such a good quality scarf. The maker name Honey is in the lower right corner in the white section. The fabric label shows it is 100% silk and made in Japan. This vintage scarf is in near mint condition. The only flaw I can find is @ 2" of the handrolled hem has come undone. I'd fix it for you if I thought I could do a beautiful job but the old fingers don't work like they used to. Other than that it looks new! Really a keeper. And such great colors for your spring and summer wardrobe. I think this one will quickly become a favorite.
