Shipping: Most items are shipped within 3 week days using 2-3 day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email sent to your paypal email address with a tracking number when your package is prepared for shipping. Once USPS tracking shows its delivered, we consider it delivered. If you would like to purchase insurance it is an extra $1.65 per $50.00 of merchandise. We combine shipping, so just add $3.00 for each additional top, $4.00 for pants. Heavy items may be more.
Also, Make sure I have your Main Email address that you read every day in case there is a problem with your order and I need to contact you.
Victoria Secret items: All brand tags such as "Moda" have been cut or defaced to prevent returns. All bras and lingerie have the Victoria's Secret tag removed, but the size and care tag is still intact. Shoes will have an X on the bottom. We sell Mostly customer returns and a few brand new overstock items/slight flaw items out of the Victoria's Secret catalog. Condition of each item is stated and any flaws or wear on the returns is noted unless minimal. Minor dust/dirt from repackaging and shipping may be expected, washable. All customer returns should be laundered before wearing. Occassionally I may miss something and list something with a slight flaw (will be stated in listing) but this is not the norm.
Refunds: All refunds for Any reason are given as a paypal cash advance and not refunded back to your credit card unless you are willing to pay the refund fee.
Return policy: There are NO Refunds unless item is grossly misidentified or Defective. In this case ONLY you will be reimbursed for item and original shipping. You will receive free equal shipping on your next order. Sorry, we do not reimburse return shipping. Refunds will be sent to you by Paypal Cash Advance and will not be refunded to your original credit card unless you are willing to pay the fee Paypal charges for refunds. You may exchange anything you are unhappy with for another item of equal value or less. Item must be sent back in original condition within 2 weeks and you may take up to 1 month to choose new item. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges both ways. Most measurements are accurate but may be off up to one inch. This does not qualify for refund. If you are worried about how long or short something may be please email me ahead of time.
International Buyers: We ship Global Priority.
You must Include a Working Telephone Number in your paypal payment as a "note" (customs requirement). With this shipping nothing is guaranteed and insurance is not available. We have had no problems so far, but if you want to be guaranteed to receive your package you will need to have your items sent Global Express. You will need to email me for shipping rates. You are also limited to 5 items per box (postal regulations). If you order more items you will need to pay additional shipping for additional boxes. If your items are bulky/large they may also need additional boxes and extra shipping will apply. Shipping for additional items add $4.00 each to highest shipping cost. My stated charge for International shipping is ESTIMATED and may not always be accurate (it will be very close) and waiting for an invoice is the best way to make sure you are not underpaying or overpaying for shipping.

If you ask for measurements of any item it can take up to 1 week for a response and for pictures I need your email address, sending a message through ebay with your email blocked does NOT work.
SAVE $$: You can save $1.00 off each item if paying with bank account or paypal funds. Email me for instructions.
Occasionally ebay software goes on the fritz and lists an item twice. In such instances the item you want may not be available due to undue circumstances out of my control. I try my best to monitor my store for duplicates. If you see something listed twice please email me and I will check it with my inventory.
