Victorian ceiling light fixture. All brass except for the chain. Chain has only two links and is the only steel part. Weber switches all turn and snap in place. The turn paddles are not broke, chipped or cracked. About 19 inches wide with the shades. Hangs down about 25 inches with shades. Cast brass arms. Shades are newer replacement tulip shades. All new brass screws in the fitters. Very dirty and will need rewiring. It has had a amateur rewiring job and will need re-doing. Crevices are are full of old brass polish. Original paint does have scratches. Good news is no splits or dents in the brass. I will be listing other fixtures as I get the time. They will cover from the gas light era to Art Deco.
