Victorian Bakelite Butterscotch Book Cigarette Case Box

The Orlando Private Collection has been selected to liquidate the assets of an estate in Northern Orange County.The Jackson estate has been owned by only one family. We are very excited to have been chosen as there is a wide variety of antiques and collectibles. The Jackson's were married in 1943. They were both proud to serve in the military during WW II. The couple had 3 children, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Up for consideration from the estate is an exquisite butterscotch bakelite cigarette box with wood panels on the inside. The box is an exceptional one with very thick walled cover and back to the book. Spelter metal for the spine and hinges. One of the two hinges has cracked and will need repair. The box has so much personality and really stands out for both looks and content. The quality of this box is one that will continue to impress you and several more generations.
