We will not respond to emails requesting combined shipping, invoices, shipping quotes, tracking numbers, or instructions on how to checkout.  Our easy to use "checkout" system, described below, will automatically display your shipping options, offer combined shipping on multiple item purchases and send a final invoice to your email. Once your order has shipped, your tracking information will be automatically sent to the same email address.

CHECKOUT

After completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two checkout options:

Checkout Now! Click on the PAY NOW button at the top of the page to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select PAY NOW ONLY after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

Checkout Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winner. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.

• We will combine shipping for multiple auctions. The way it works is that you pay the full shipping amount for the item with the highest shipping charge, and then 50% shipping for each additional item (domestic). (For example, if you buy 3 items with shipping charges of $20, $8 and $6, the total shipping will be: $20 + $4 + $3 = $27). International combined shipping discount is 40% off shipping for each additional item. First Class International shipments cannot be combined if the total combined weight exceeds 4 lbs.  
• Same day shipping is available if payment is received by 12 p.m. (noon) PST. Checkout instructions must be followed. Buyer will have the option at checkout to select next day, 2nd day or 3 day air shipment and will be instructed to email earl@bobsfaucets.com when payment is made or payment may go unnoticed. • Buyer is responsible for all shipping and optional  insurance charges.
• Published shipping charges are ONLY for standard shipping to the lower 48 states.  AK, GU, HI, PR and international buyers, please refer to our easy to use shipping calculator.
• International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes or related fees.
• Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. (Legal holidays occurring within the business week are not counted as a business day) You will receive an automatically generated e-mail with tracking or delivery confirmation information when your item has shipped. It will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
• Insurance is not included in our shipping rates. You will have the option at checkout to see costs and purchase or decline same.
• Most lighter/smaller items will be shipped via USPS, while heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx Ground does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• We do not have the ability to offer customer pick up from our location.
• Due to our low selling prices, we are unable to offer any refunds for shipping charges.
• Due to Canadian Customs and Postal Service, items shipped to Canada may take up to 30 days for delivery if shipped via International First Class Service.

 PAYMENT

• Major credit cards, Paypal, domestic money orders and domestic checks accepted. Business and personal check are subject to a 10 day hold period before shipment will be made.
• You will be e-mailed payment instructions after your buy-it-now or auction ends. Payments must be received within 7 calendar days or you may forfeit your items.
• When sending payment, please include all auction numbers and your shipping information.
• 8.25% sales tax will be charged for any items shipped to CA.
• A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

• Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of arrival and must have seller's approval in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) which is emailed. We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds without an RGA and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc.
• In the rare case of a missing or defective part, only a replacement or exchange will be made.
• A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all refunded items.
• Refunds will be made within 7 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions.  We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.
• Please refer to manufacturer’s terms and conditions as most take care of their own warranties. We will be glad to assist you with phone numbers or e-mail addresses if not enclosed with your items.
• Computer monitors do not all display the same color scheme.  Factors such as type of display, color/contrast settings, age of the monitor, lighting in the room and the angle the monitor is viewed at can distort the image's natural color balance. Due to this, the slight color variance in some similarly named finishes from one manufacturer to the next and the possible change in a manufacturer’s finish over time, we cannot be responsible for items that aren't a "perfect match" with items purchased previously or from another manufacturer.
