VICTORIAN OAK FRAMED BEVELED MIRROR

IN THIS AUCTION, WE ARE OFFERING A VERY NICE OLD VICTORIAN OAK FRAME WITH CARVINGS AND BEVELED MIRROR.  THE FRAME MEASURES 21 INCHES BY 26 INCHES.  THE FINISH IS ORIGINAL.  THE CARVINGS ARE INTACT.  MIRROR IS ORIGINAL ALSO, AS IS THE WOODEN BACKING TO THE MIRROR.  THE CONDITION OF THE FRAME IS EXCELLENT, WITH JUST A FEW LITTLE DINGS.  BEVELED MIRROR DOES HAVE A SPOT, ABOUT 1/8 INCH IN DIAMETER, WHERE SILVER HAS LOOSENED (see pictures).  SPOTS LIKE THIS ARE QUITE COMMON IN ORIGINAL ANTIQUE MIRRORS.  THE ORIGINAL BACKING IS INTACT, BUT DOES HAVE A LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE LOWER LEFT HAND CORNER (see pictures).
