  • 8 1/2" by 11."  
  • No DJ since a paperback.  Cover and book seem like brand new, with no marks or stains.
  • There are only four 1996 editions for sale on Addall.com at  prices of $60 to $148 and all see in worse condition than this one.   
  • PayPal only, please.
  • $3.75 shipping and handling by uninsured media mail in a padded envelope which I supply.
