Buyer pays shipping and packing material costs (if any). Payment due within 7 business days of auction end. Items paid with PayPal are shipped next day, sometimes same day if paid early in the day (exceptions are eChecks thru PayPal, large items, palletized items and on weekends). Payment may be made by PayPal (credit cards accepted via PayPal), if you require different payment modes please email. I ship via Fedex, shipments include $100 insurance at no cost, over $100 will be included up to bid amount and is included in your shipping quote.

If item is damaged, contact DGD Inc immediately and keep all packing materials. We do our best to package your item so even if it is dropped or mishandled it will still arrive in working condition. We do work for you to get the shipper to pay for any item damaged thru their mishandling. We have very few claims due to our careful packing procedures.

Refund policy: Items must be checked and tested in a reasonable amount of time after delivery. If a refund is requested, items must be shipped back IMMEDIATELY for refund. If it takes longer than 5 days to ship once a confirmation has been given, then we will reserve the right not to refund.

If I accept Canadian and International shipments on this item, there is an extra charge for documentation and customs paperwork. For Canadian shipments add a $5.00 paperwork fee. If international is checked, add a $10.00 paperwork fee if I ship thru USPS, if shipping international other than USPS, there is a $25.00 paperwork fee. This is due to customs invoices and includes the time it takes to get a shipping quote. If there is a shipping cost shown in the auction, it is for the continental US 48 States. Hawaii, Alaska, US properties such as Puerto Rico, Canadian and international shipments will have additional shipping costs as the quote in the auction is based on shipping in continental US. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We try to prevent listing items like that as much as possible. If we are unable to fully test, or we do not have knowledge of an item, it will be noted in the auction. If you are uncomfortable about the item and the way it is listed, please do not bid. If you can contact us about a way to test the item or give us more information so we can provide more information about the item please do so. However, until you are satisfied with our response please do not bid. We want our buyers to be pleased with the item they receive.
