RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have a right to cancel your order, or request a refund for your item, within a specified 'cooling off' period. Distance Selling Regulations allow this to be set at a minimum of 7 days, but in our case we have set this period at 14 working days from placing the order, or receipt of your goods. 

If you have received the item and wish to return it to us and claim a refund, please follow the instructions below...

    * Email us within 14 days of receipt of the item to confirm that you would like a refund, together with the reason why. We will advise how to return the item, and the steps you need to take to confirm it has been sent.

    * If you simply no longer want the item, we will refund the purchase price, all shipping fees are your responsibility and will NOT be refunded.

    * If the item differs substantially from the description shown in the listing, we will request photographic evidence of the discrepancy, and if we agree with your claim we will refund your original payment, together with any shipping fees paid to return the item.

    * All returned items must be in the same condition they were received in. If the condition is different, refunds MAY be made, but only at our discretion
