This machine sews and embroiders beautifully. The Designer 1 has been well maintained and serviced by my Viking Sewing Center. The machine was last serviced in Sept. when it was also upgraded to the latest update, receipt included. A Viking dealer can update to the latest version. Viking is always adding new features and stitches. The D1 can be upgraded to the USB Drive. The machine is in perfect condition and well maintained by one owner. I am selling because I have upgraded to the SE.
