Warranty: The machine comes with a limited 20 year parts, 2 year electrical and 1 year labor warranty. This warranty covers manufactures defective parts. It does not cover accidental damage, ordinary wear and tear,  misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal replacement parts ( needles, needle threader, bobbins, bobbin cases, light bulbs, attachments). If your machine requires attention contact the seller for assistance. In the unlikely event that your machine needs an adjustment or repair contact the seller first. You will be given shipping instruction and your machine will repaired or replaced (  at our option ) in  prompt manner. Buyer is responsible for shipping & insurance to us, we pay for return shipping.

Shipping damage: Your machine is shipped in the original box, in styrofaom and is transit tested. If your machine box looks damaged have UPS note that on your receipt. If your machine is damaged contact the seller. We will issue a claim, have the machine picked up and send you a new machine. Shipping damage is less than 1% chance.
