Our promise to you is that we will not list an item that we would not be pleased receiving.   We honestly represent each item to the best of our knowledge and ability.   Please e-mail us if you have any questions or need more photos before you bid! All items come from smoke-free surroundings. Check the feedback that other buyer's have left for us and bid knowing you will receive the same great customer service! MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNTS are always available when you purchase more than one item from us, and the items are shipped to the same address at the same time. Items must be paid for on a combined invoice to receive this discount! All measurements and/or weights listed are approximate. Of course, photos of items are not to scale and colors can look different according to your monitor settings.

Sales Tax Information

We are licensed with the State of Michigan and are required to collect 6% MICHIGAN SALES TAX on items purchased by anyone with a Michigan address items picked-up

Payment Information

CONTACT FROM WINNING BIDDER IS EXPECTED WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS OF END OF AUCTION LETTING US KNOW THEIR CHOICE OF PAYMENT METHOD. If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours of an auction's close, you can assume that one of us is having e-mail problems.  If your spam filters are on, and you cannot receive invoices, please check your spam folder. The Purchaser has 5 business days from the end of the auction to pay.   We accept the following forms of payment only: For items being SHIPPED to you: PayPal and U.S. Postal Service Money Order's only.  If your total is over $150, we require your PayPal account to have a confirmed address. We ask that if you pay with a U.S. POSTAL SERVICE MONEY ORDER that you send it within 48 hours of end of auction so it does not delay the transaction.  Please include a copy of your invoice making it very clear where you would like your item shipped!  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. If this is a PICK-UP ONLY item, or if you are local and want to come PICK-UP your items, the total of all items being pick-up must equal $40 or more and items must be picked-up within 7 days of the end of the auction.  Pick-up items must be paid for with CASH ONLY at time of pick-up.  We are willing to deliver Heavy & Bulky items to your door AT ADDITIONAL COST to the purchaser.  Please contact us for details before placing a bid if you would like local delivery.

Shipping Information

Purchaser agrees to pay amount listed for shipping. We ship via UPS only. This excludes PO Boxes, and APOs. The exception to this is books and tapes that can be shipped via USPS Media Mail (a reduced rate that will take longer to receive your package). If the item listed falls in the Media Mail category, you will see it as a selection in the listing's shipping calculator. Shipping via USPS Media Mail does not include insurance unless requested and does not include package tracking. All items shipped UPS are required to be fully insured (the first $100 coverage is included).  Use the shipping calculator below for your shipping costs. We have a daily UPS pick-up Monday through Friday and pass the Daily Shipper rate savings on to you. We ship promptly (usually within 24 hours) after payment has cleared our account unless it is the weekend or a holiday.  You will receive an e-mail verification of shipping, with your UPS Tracking number and scheduled delivery date as soon as your package is ready for shipment. All orders with a value of $250 or less are shipped giving the driver the discretion of whether to leave the package without a signature.  Orders with a value of $250 or more will require a signature at time of delivery.  Click the logo below to track your UPS shipment. In the event that your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with UPS promptly for you to receive compensation.  Please be sure to e-mail us using the Contact Seller link in this listing as soon as the damage is discovered.   Be sure to retain the original carton, its unused contents and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. We do not refund your money out of pocket for items damaged in transit.  FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS:  Use the shipping calculator below, changing it to your country and enter your zipcode for your shipping options. You can also contact us for your Shipping & Handling costs BEFORE you bid. Please be sure to give us a complete "ship to" address including your zipcode so we can give you an accurate cost quote.  Some countries charge additional duties or taxes on imported items. If duties or taxes are imposed, most countries will collect (from the recipient) a customs clearance and delivery fee, in addition to the duties and taxes assessed. The duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable, are not included in any shipping quote from this seller and will be the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.  All International purchases MUST be paid through PayPal without exception. Please be sure to furnish your PHONE NUMBER for the international shipping documents at the time of payment.
