1904 Washburn Parlor Circa 1897 style guitar + extras Serious inquires only. Collector's item. 1904 George Washburn parlor acoustic guitar. 1897 style new model # 111. All original. (even the bridge pins!) This guitar is an antique and it looks that way. Beautiful rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard with pearl position markers, cedar top with colored wood inlayings around the soundhole, bindings on top, and colored wood inlay stripe down the back and bottom. It does show signs of age. Has been slightly restored. Bridge has been reglued. There is a repaired crack on the back of the body. The end pin is worn but is still there. There are two small filled holes near the end pin and two slight incaves at the bottom of the top from where a trapeze style tailpice was before the bridge was fixed. The back of the neck has some wear due to a capo without padding on it being used. The original tuning keys are on it, however they do not always work properly and one of the star wheels has been replaced so I've added an extra set for playability. Comes with a very old aligator skin case, a capo dated May 7, 1889, an old complete set of Black Diamond strings, an extra original bridge pin which is beat up, a humidifier for protection and as said above an extra set of tuning keys.
