ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Quality REPRINT (on buff ivory paper to simulate the aged original) of an original 1905 Black & White Magazine Advertisement featuring a STEINWAY & Sons Baby Grand Model PIANO

(Please note: As most original magazine advertisements have ads on both sides, each side cannot be sold as an original. Therefore, a quality reprint is made of one side so that the ad will not be lost and can be available to collectors.)

This antique 1900s ad has the caption, "The Steinway Piano is the gradual evolution of four generations of practically and scientifically trained piano makers - there being at present eight grandsons and great-grandsons of the original found in active charge of the various department o the house of Steinway.

Half a century ago a jury of the highest musical authorities in America, at the Crystal Palace Exhibition in New York, unanimously pronounced the Steinway the best piano, and it has been the Standard Piano of the World Ever since. There are to-day in constant use one hundred and fourteen thousand Steinway Pianos, the original purchase value of which amounts to the stupendous total of one hundred million dollars.

The modern musical triumph, the new Steinway Miniature Grand, at $750, comes within reach of many thousands who formerly could not afford the purchase of a Steinway...."

MEASUREMENTS:  AD TEXT Size: About 6" wide and 9 1/4" high ~ exact same size as original with added margins for ease in framing.
