Vintage 1920 Prewar Martin 0-18 Acoustic Guitar. Serial number 14967 is shown in Martin's records as being a style 0-18 made in the year 1920. It has a 13 1/2 inch wide body, mahogany neck, back, and sides, Adirondack spruce top, ebony fingerboard, Brazilian rosewood peghead veneer, 12 fret slot had neck construction, and rosewood outer bindings on the top and back edges of the body.

Condition:

The finish has some wear. The bridge is not original to this guitar. The neckset angle has shifted causing the top to crack on both sides of the fingerboard up to the sound hole and at the neck joint. A hole has been drilled in the fingerboard near the body joint and the last fret is missing. A crack in the top is visible running from the bridge to the end block area. The bindings around the top edge of the body by the neck joint have come loose which is an indication that the neck block has shifted and that this guitar would need repair to be put in good playing order. The guitar has not been tuned to pitch.

Because of the age of the instrument and the need repair the guitar is being sold as is.

Includes chip board case and will be double boxed for safe shipping.
