Vintage Early to Mid 1920's Dolly Gray Catalog of Dress Fashions

How neat are these fashions from this Dolly Gray catalog, 568 Broadway, New York. Although I found no date the era of the catalog is between the early 1920's and mid 1920's. It is 15 pages with 13 pages illustrating ladies dresses. From reading the text the catalog offered semi finished garments for purchase that could be assembled, embroidered or such by the dressmaker. By offering semi finished clothing the savings could be passed along to the buyer. The catalog is completely in black and white. Size is 9" x 9-1/2". Condition: Although good, the front cover does have a few short tears along the edge. Back cover , a couple of short tears along the cover and an a separation of back and front cover along the spline about 1/4 of the way. All the pages do show some water staining at the bottom part of page. I think you can tell this from the photos. Please contact me if more information is needed.
