Great example of a “demure” flapper-style day dress! Offered for your consideration is a circa 1920’s dress. Details: Color is an attractive darker pinkish-salmon ¾ length sleeves are gathered at the bottom in a 1 ¼” band Over-the-head style (no snaps or opening at the waist or back of neck) Bodice is lined; features multiple horizontal stitching across the top, vertical rows of stitching above the bust, and a self-fabric bow on the top of the left shoulder. Dropped waist with an attached shirred skirt (seams enclosed) Self-fabric belt on back Not sure of type of fabric but it is light-weight and semi-sheer except where lined in the bodice Measurements: (taken with garment laying flat) 14” from shoulder seam to shoulder seam 18” under the arms 19” (at approximate) waist 40” shoulder to hem Condition: Seams are good. It appears that the hem was reinforced. Noted flaws are a spot mid-center of the back (may come out and is shown in pic 6), a small hole at banding of right sleeve, missing snaps on the sleeve bands, and slight underarm staining. If you have any questions, please contact me prior to bidding. Check measurements carefully as a return will not be accepted due to improper fit and only if this item has not been accurately described or a major flaw revealed.
