This cabinet held our record player when I was a child.  I do not know what happened to the turntable, but this is a beautiful cabinet.  I have used it to store other items by placing a board over the turntable opening on the inside.  On the bottom it shows that this was the WR 4 Model, and that model was made in 1942.  It measures approximately 16 inches wide, by 14 inches deep by 8 & 1/4 inches high.
