Vintage 1960s Adult TRICYCLE Trike 3 Speed w/Baskets

ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR ITEM:
This item comes direct from an estate home where it has been used on a daily basis. It shows the normal signs of use that you might expect from a previously owned piece, but no substantial damage to note. There are a few dings to the frame, as you can see in the photos.
This is an original vintage trike. The back brakes work without issue, but the front brakes need new pads and therefore aren't working now. The tires are okay, but they need air. The seat is a Messenger. The headlight on the front of the bike will need some tinkering with in order to work, but this looks like a pretty simple fix for someone who knows what they're doing.

64 inches from tire to tire/front to back, 29 inches across at the back wheels.

Q: Do you have a Buy-it-Now price on this? Will you end the auction early for an offer?
A: We do not offer "Buy-it-Now" prices or end auctions early for offers.

Q: Your auction says "pick up only". Why won't you ship this? I am far away and I want to bid.
A: Some things are just way too big and complicated for us to pack. Certain items may not be cost effective to ship (like a $99 item that costs $500 to ship). Other items are impossible to ship without a high risk of damage. We also have no loading dock, pallets, strapping equipment, etc. Add to that the fact that we are old and feeble. We realize we limit ourselves to the 24 million people who live within an hour's drive of our place when we make an item "pick up only", but it works for us. However, we don't mind if you arrange a local person or company to come and pick up your item for you... as long as we don't have to prepare it for shipment.

Q: What's the history on this? Where did you get it? How old is it?
A: Our things come from complete estate purchases and bulk unclaimed storage purchases. We obviously can't talk to the previous owner about the items we purchase, so we generally know nothing about the item's past history.
