This amplifier is a historical rock icon noted for it's incredible tone that became the staple in amplification and set a standard for the sound of rock and roll! 

This Marshall 2x12 combo is an original BluesBreaker 50W Tremolo circuit.  It's asthetic condition is very good (VG) boardering excellent.  It has some honest players time on it, but the cabinet and grill cloth are in great shape!  It was made in 1969 and has mid to late 69' characteristics.  The tone is superb!  You simply can not find a better sounding amp.  The chassis is a metal panel 50W Tremolo circuit with an A series serial number and the Box is a 2x12 version with 20W Celestion green backs from 69'.  The tolex is factory original to the amp, black levant which is a little bit smoother in texture.  All of the gold and white piping, hardware, handle, screws and speakers are all original to the amplifier however the chassis has had some minor upgrades over the years.  Make no mistakes, this amp is not a 100% original mint museum piece, but it has been taken care of, loved and used over the years.  It has been well serviced over the years and a few components have been replaced.  A tube socket was replaced with a newer one, the speaker harness was replaced along with a switch and there are a number of solder touch ups that were done very well in the amp.  It also has a upgraded power plug.  I have lots and lots of photos of the circuit and speakers so please Email me to see the replaced socket and harness.  Unfortuately Ebay will only let me post 12 photos, but I am working on getting a bunch more up!  The output transformer dates 1969 and the other does not have a date code.  It is a drake mains transformer which sounds perfectly rich.  The front panel on the amp is probably the area that shows the most wear, all the knobs are original but some of the writting on the aluminum panel has worn off.  This amp also features an extremely rare green indicator light.
