The Land Development Game.

For ages 9+... 2 to 4 players.

A good head for business and a desire to improve the land are the ingredients for success in this fascinating game. Each player tries to be the first to build all nine resorts on his property. Clearing land, constructing buildings, legal actions and dealing in millions are all part of this game.

Complete. Good/clean condition. Box has wear with taped corners and edges.
