Vintage 1977 Midland 76-886 40 Ch CB Radio Base Station

This is a Vintage Midland 40 Channel CB Radio Base Station.

Model 76-886 manuf June, 1977, lot # 20000427, serial # S00003806.

I tested it with an external power supply and it worked good.  I did not have an antenna, but used a piece of wire and picked up people talking.  I could not of course broadcast, but tested the telephone style mic with the PA spekaer and it worked static free.  The handset and internal speakers work good.  There is no power cord, but the cord is there for an external power source. (red is positive).

The body has scratches and signs of use.  The coild phone cord is dirty.  Please see pictures below.

It measures 15.5" x 9" x 5".

• All returns must use US Postal Service and have delivery confirmation.  If you do not do this we cannot guarantee receipt of the return and will not issue any credit.
