    Payment within 7 days is most appreciated. If you cannot pay within this time, please contact me and we will possibly work something out. PayPal is my preferred method of payment, but I also accept Money Orders and Certified (Cashier's) Checks as well. If you need an invoice sent to you with your total, please just ask and I'll send it to you quickly.

Returns

    My customers have 7 days in which to contact me about an item return. I nearly always give full money back if the item was significantly not as described or photographed. I want each of my customers to be completely satisfied. If you have any issues at all, please contact me immediately, and I'll work with you to arrive at a solution. I've sold well over 10,000 items on eBay over the past 4 years and have had very few situations that couldn't be solved with communication and patience.

Shipping & Insurance

    I always ship your item within 3-5 business days of receiving confirmed payment. I almost always use the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance is optional. If you would like to add shipping insurance for your item, please just email me and request an invoice with insurance added. I only charge actual USPS insurance rates based on the final bid price of your purchase(s).

Shipping Notification and Tracking

    You should receive an email Shipping Notification from PayPal when your item is shipped. You can locate your USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number and tracking information by going to the eBay listing page for your item, and then clicking on the "Order Details" link.

Combined Shipping

    I always combine shipping for multiple item winners. Please let me know when you've finished bidding on my items and I'll send you a final invoice with discounted combined shipping & handling included. Some items may not be eligible for combined shipping due to size and/or weight.
