Fresh from an Upstate New York estate is this fine auction for a rare item. Up for your bidding pleasure we have a 19th century wooden wallpaper box. This box has a small ornate handle on the top, and is 2 3/4" long, and 1 3/4" high. The box is binded with fabric, and is in good condition based on its age. There is some wear as shown in the pictures, but nothing major for a unique item like this.
Please Note:
I enjoy my eBay business and the people I meet. I will gladly answer
any questions you have regarding my items and send additional pictures
when requested BEFORE the auction ends. However, just to cover all of
the bases--yours and mine--here are the necessary details. Your bid is
a binding contract and signifies that you understand and agree to the
following:
Shipping and Handling Charge:
includes postage, packaging, delivery confirmation and a label
processing fee. I keep this as low as possible and still operate a
business.
Additional
Shipping and Handling Charges: apply for all international shipping,
including Canada that weigh over 13 ounces. If you are not sure whether
or not this applies to you, please email for details.
Shipping Details:
Books are sent Media Mail, small items are sent Priority Mail, heavy
items are delivered through Fed Ex, and all lamps and paintings are
sent through UPS with professional packing.
Insurance:
is strongly recommended. I cannot and will not be responsible for items
lost or damaged in shipping. It is up to you to indicate that you want
insurance and include the proper amount--$1.65 for up to $50, $3.30 for $50-$100 and an additional $1.10 for every $100 thereafter. I will only purchase the amount of insurance you send payment for. So if the item's value is $80 and you send $1.65--you will only receive $50 insurance.
Multiple Auctions:
A multiple auction Shipping and Handling discount is available when
possible and only when auctions are paid together on one transaction.
Paypal charges a “per transaction” fee and I can only offer a discount
when payment is combined, please wait for invoice at end of auction. If
you are interested in other items, please let me know, I am willing to
wait up to a week in order to provide the shipping discount.
International Bidders:
I do welcome and accept bids from international bidders only after you
email to get shipping and handling fees to your location. INTERNATIONAL
BIDDERS please be aware that insurance is NOT available on Letter Post.
By bidding, you are agreeing to be responsible for items lost or
damaged in shipping. I pack well and can provide proof of shipping, but
if the unthinkable happens, you are still responsible.
Refunds:
are cheerfully granted, but only when a mistake has been made in the
listing. All items are sold as is and are described to the best of my
ability. Condition is my opinion only and so you should ask any
pertinent questions prior to bidding. Most items I sell are vintage and
presumed to be used unless otherwise stated. Normal wear and tear is
expected, any major faults or defects are listed.
