Ohio Residents pay Ohio Sales Tax based on your county tax rate.  PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE TO ALLOW US TO ADJUST THE TAX FOR YOUR LOCATION.  If you request to pick-up an item, we must charge 7% tax (our county rate).  We accept CASH for pick-up items.

We will ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.   If you need an item sooner, please let us know and we will expedite shipping, if possible.     

We know money is tight, but we also know you want your items to arrive safely.  We go to great lengths to package your items to withstand the journey to your home (check our feedback).  The shipping quoted is what it costs us to send this item to you.  It includes postage and other post office fees, such as tracking and insurance, and packaging materials based on the size of the box.  Sometimes we decide to use a larger box or to double box an item, resulting in higher postage cost.  We never ask for more money from you.  If we are able to ship the item to you for less, we will refund any savings of $1 or more through PayPal.  (PayPal minumum transaction is $1.)   Please give us a good rating on shipping and shipping costs. 

NOTE:  If you are buying multiple items, please WAIT FOR AN INVOICE before paying.  If we can pack your items into one box, it will save you money.  Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote before you bid on more than one item...but you can bid with confidence that we will not overcharge you for shipping.

International Buyers ? Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Our terms of sale are simple.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We describe any damage we find, and provide detailed photos for you to examine the piece.  If the piece has damage that we have not described or that was not visible in the photos, return the item in the same condition as sent and we will refund your money...bid price and shipping.

We try to write descriptions as we would want them to be written as buyers.  We examine items carefully and describe any post-manufacturing flaws, such as chips or cracks.  Straw marks or tool marks and bubbles are a common trait of handmade glass.   We may describe these also, but don't consider them to be flaws.  If you have any questions about an item, please ask.
