Another great item from a prestigious local estate. 3 Period-perfect porcelain bath, shower, tub faucet escutcheons.
This great set of escutcheons was removed from a local estate in Baltimore. These are all perfect and date before 1927 judging by the construction of the house, so they are of the Edwardian > Craftsman > Art Deco period. About 3 1/4" diameter X 1 3/4" tall, these were usually used in "modern" bathroom interiors of the day for shower installations for the Hot, Cold and Waste or stopper. As you can see the suffer no stains, cracks or crazing. There is a small dimple on the back of each when they were molded. Included is one original nickel plated inside ring. All are marked "Republic Brass Co. Cleveland Ohio" and they are ready for installation in your period house restoration. These are high-quality and weigh almost 5 oz. each. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, under 2 lbs.
