Fabric

Cotton Oxford

Dan River Cotton Oxford, with quality inspection tag. Red warp with neutral weft weave. Selvage is yellow with pin stripe. Very fine, soft hand. Exceptional condition. Post War production, may be Prince Oxford type. 

Research documentation and advertisements indicate this fabric type was sold commercially, late 1940s to very early 1960s.

4 yds X 35" wide. This is the exact amount stated on the quality control tag. Therefore, this fabric has never been used or cut. Factory condition.

This fabric is stored at my studio in cedar storage. Return if not satisfied within three days of delivery. Refund if fabric remains in factory condition, unaltered. Photo appears slightly lightened, but this fabric has a glaze that reflects light.
