Offered for auction: This Brush-McCoy pot (or vase) has an embossed fruit design (grapes, bananas, apples, and leaves) in a lovely rich dark green (darker than the camera flash makes it look). It measures 5-1/8 inches high at the rim and 4.75 inches wide across the middle.

This pretty vintage pottery is in very good condition. The only flaw I can find is a pinhead-size glaze pop on the inside edge of the rim (too small for my camera to photo well) and a glaze skip in the detail around some of the grapes (both original to manufacture). There are no chips or cracks, and the piece is very clean, with just a little mineral staining on the interior.

The planter is not marked, but has the traditional Bush rounded wedgy feet.
