~Classic "paper doll" silhouette, with tailored, fitted bodice, nipped waist, full skirt set with soft pleats

About a modern Small to Medium.

Bust (underarm area, measured flat then doubled): 36".
Waist: 27".
Hips: Full/Free.
Length of bodice, shoulder to waist seam: 17".
Length of skirt: 25" and has a 1 3/4" hem allowance in addition.

Please note: these are the measurements of the dress itself, taken flat with a flexible measuring tape and then doubled.
You MUST be smaller than the dress's measurements and allow room for give and the kind of fit you desire.
