Measurements -
About a modern Small*

Underarm to underarm:  about 34", and you can fit more here if you like the pushed-up, heaving bust look.
Waist: 25", maybe a tight 26".
Hips: Full/Free.
Length of dress bodice, top front neckline to waist seam: 12".
Skirt, waist to hemline: 29".

*Please note -- modern size, if given, is an APPROXIMATE guess on our part.  For perfect fit, we have given you the measurements of the dress itself, taken flat with a flexible measuring tape and then doubled.
You MUST be smaller than the dress's measurements and allow room (at least 1" is recommended) for give and the kind of fit you desire.

Condition -
This 50+ year old vintage dress is in Very Good condition with noted minor flaws.

Presents beautifully, very wearable and structurally sound.  This dress is intact and has a show-stopping, photogenic presence.  On close inspection the skirt shows some spotting and soiling.  See images.  The soiling does not jump out at you during normal wearing conditions, due to all the volume of skirt.  We have not cleaned or spot-treated.
