Pattern is cut, complete and in good condition with instructions. There are a few tears in a few pieces but perfectly useable.
envelope has wear and tear. I reinforced it with archival-safe tape on the inside.

Pattern sizing has changed several times through the years. If you are unsure of what size of vintage pattern to select, it is best to go by your bust size. I have an Ebay guide that compares the sizing differences through the years. This may also be helpful for you.

I have a huge collection of vintage sewing patterns and crafts. Some are over 70 years old. I usually don't know the condition of their previous home. Sometimes they have musty, old or smoke odors.
