I watched (and loved) the Rachel Zoe Project, and was inspired by her aesthetic - as with this wonderful vintage late 1960's/early 1970's boho chiffon gown.

This has a high neckline and an almost empire waist, accentuated with a pink band. The sleeves are full length and sheer, with huge pink floral bell sleevees, starting at the elbow.

Gathers around the waist give the skirt fullness, with a huge pink floral border echoing the pink of the cuffs and waist.

The dress is lined with an opaque black fabric (except for the sleeves). It closes up the back with a metal zipper. I believe the chiffon is silk and the lining is rayon.
