fyi: i'm wearing it unaltered (not zipped in back because to small on me or else I would keep this beauty) in the photos and I'm 5'6" and wear a bra size 32B and have about a 27" waist. However use the measurements of the item provided above and compare them to an item you own that fits you well!

Condition--bottom placket of zipper coming loose from dress and needs to be tacked back down (easy fix and not a big deal); otherwise excellent (no stains/discolorations/fading/rips/tears/holes/snags)

I can't promise any item(s) won't have a scent of perfume or smoke or other odor even when they are washed or drycleaned. Smoke free house (not perfume free) but sometimes washing/dry cleaning isn't enough to remove the odor and I may not notice the odor. Also not all items are dry cleaned/washed since many already seem clean and/or to costly to dry clean (to keep start prices low). If this is an issue for you then please pass on this auction. Same goes for animal fur since I have pets and while I keep them away from the clothes the fur still gets in the air (hence the daily or every other day vacuming!).

I am more of a buyer than a seller but I have run out of closet space. I realized that it is easier to treat hoarding tendancies than it is to curb my shopping habit:) I am selling clothes after I wear them. All the clothes I list are ones that I personally bought and wore (except for if they didn't fit and except for shoe sizes smaller or bigger than 8-9). I won't sell something that is not wearable (or repairable) and donate those to goodwill or toss them into the rag bin. However vintage and pre-owned items may have some signs of wear and are not to be considered new or in new condition. Also if I find something that is to adorable to resist then I tend to buy it regardless of the size (truly a shopaholic!).

Items may be shipped parcel post depending on the weight. Combined shipping for Buy-It-Now items FREE after paying full shipping of heaviest item (if store item is heaviest then pay full shipping of that item then no additional charge for the auction item). Email me if questions about the shipping fees. I have NO control over postal rates or how long it takes the package to get to you once it leaves my hands. Please don't mark me down on my stars for shipping costs and shipping time. Look at the stamp and see when I mailed it....usually right after you paid. If you have a problem with the shipping costs don't blame me (blame the oil companies, the economy, etc..) and just don't bid if you don't consider it five stars (better to leave no stars than to put in anything less than 5 stars since ebay is a cruel master, lol).

Payment deadlines: Payment due by 7 days from auction close I file unpaid item alerts if I haven't received payment by day 7 after the auction closes. I do this so that ebay will reimburse me the final value fees (their cut of the sale). Once they reimburse me then they give the nonpaying bidder an unpaid item strike. I block all nonpaying bidders from future auctions. If for so reason you can't pay, please email me asap. I'm fairly flexible and prefer honesty over BS. Email me if this happens and we can work something out to avoid unpaid item strikes. Communication is key! If you want to combine items that end over 7 days from each other then just pay at 7 day intervals (I'll adjust the shipping on the invoices). You MUST let me know because I am a super fast shipper and I need to know to hold on to your package and not ship it immediately. Once it is shipped, nothing can be combined to it.

Miscellaneous:

*It is recommended that you clean all clothing items (whether they are new or vintage) prior to wearing them. I often don't know the history of the garmet and likely it was exposed to life in general. Preowned and/or vintage items are NOT new so please do not expect a new item. They may have minor signs of wear and anything remarkable will be listed in the description of the item I live in an animal friendly house/home:) Even if I didn't, there is still no guarrentee that a previous owner didn't have an animal friendly house/home. Also I wear perfume and have candles in my house/home. Meals are also cooked in my house/home. Basically we live in the house/home:)

*I work full time and ebay is just a hobby. I'm good about responding to email through ebay but usually just at nights and on weekends depending on my work schedule
