DESCRIPTION:

Vintage 1960s Sargent Peppers inspired military style coat
Can be worn as a coat or dress
Soft, pale pink linen fabric trimmed in white soutache or braid trim
Mandarin (Nehru) collar in contrasting white linen fabric
Five braid trim buttons down center front
Bound buttonholes
Faux pockets on front of coat dress
Princess seaming
Fantastic trim detailing on the back of coat dress!
Fully lined in pink rayon or silk fabric

MEASUREMENTS: (All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat using a flexible sewing tape measure - not a metal tape measure. Bust, waist and hip measurements are doubled. These are the exact measurements of the garment. Please allow room for ease of movement. We suggest measuring a similar garment of yours and comparing it to the items measurements.

Sleeve length: 23" measured from shoulder seam to cuff
Length of coat dress: 38" measured down center of back

MATERIAL: Believed to be a linen or rayon / cotton blend fabric

LABEL: None found

CIRCA: 1960s

CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition. The only minor thing noted was some super faint small spots on the inside of the neckline (possibly looks like some face makeup that had rubbed onto the inside of the collar). Please see photo of the other spot that was noted. There is a pen pointing to this tiny faint pin point spot. No other spots, stains or holes were noted. We do recommend dry cleaning this coat prior to wearing as it is vintage and been in storage for many years.
