Generally speaking I would say it is in fair condition but for a drum head which is almost 40 years old ,this is in good condition.The "Rogers USA" is silkscreened and is not a decal.I've taken 2 pictures one with flash and one without because the one with flash seemed to hide all the flaws and made it look better than it actually is!! My guess is that it is a 1972 manufactured head based on my Rogers drum
