 Description Shipping and payments
Vintage "8-Day" Sessions Clock in a Wooden Case - It is approximately 6 3/4" in diameter.  On the metal face of the clock is "8 Day" at the top and between the hands and the "6" is Sessions.  Below the "6" is Made in U.S.A.  The "5" has a smudge where it looks like someone was trying to rub or clean the face.  There is a scratch on the crystal, about 1/2" long and a tape mark which probably will come off but do not want to attempt it myself for fear I might damage it.  There is also a ring around the crystal, not sure if it was painted or if it is dirt smudge!  The crystal is in a hindged opening which is all intact.  The metal which holds the crystal looks to be brass.  The wooden case is all one case no openings and not sure if it is a wall clock or a mantel clock.  On the back there is a key and the place to set the clock.  Someone has attempted to clean the wood on the top and there is also a couple nail holes on the top.  They may have been trying to fill the holes.   It is a heavy clock.  A couple times when I picked it up it was ticking but stopped.  It has been in dry storage for several years.  It was a part of my dad's collection of time pieces.  If you have any questions, please e-mail me.  Thank you for looking and have a great day!
