Our Preferred method of payment is Paypal. PayPal allows you to pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or E-check. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction or a Non-Paying Bidder Notice will automatically be filed and the auction may be revoked.

Pennsylvania State Law requires that we charge 6% sales tax to all PA residents and buyers picking up purchases at our PA location. The appropriate amount will be calculated and added for PA residents during the check-out process.

Our Goal at Auction Inn is to provide you with quality goods and services. We will gladly replace or refund any item that is defective or damaged during shipment if notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. Items valued at more then $100.00 must be taken to the nearest UPS store for return to our facility. The buyer is responsible for packaging costs and shipping costs. We will not accept returns if items are not packaged through the UPS store.
