Vintage 80s Black Pink Velvet Prom Dress Sz XS 31b 25w

This is a stunning vintage 80s prom gown made by Prago.  It would be perfect to wear to a retro formal event!  The majority of the dress is made out of a jet black plush velvet that is very soft to the touch.  However, all the way around the neckline, both front and back, there are two tiers of ruffles done in black velvet and hot pink satin.  The satin provides a bold contrast to the black of the rest of the dress.  The bust of the dress is fitted with some flexible boning for support, and the skirt is very full.  The dress closes down the back with a zipper.

I typically ship items out one business day after I've received payment (if you pay via an e-check, I will not ship out your item until the payment has cleared).  I may occasionally take a few extra days to ship an item if I am out of town, especially if it is around a major holiday.  If you need an item to be shipped right away, just let me know and I will do my best to get it out to you as soon as possible.  I do not ship items out on the weekend.  Items sent First Class are shipped in a poly mailer.  Items sent Priority Mail are sent in either a tyvek mailer or a box depending on the size of the item.  You may always request that an item be shipped in a box, but the shipping cost may go up slightly.

I am also happy to offer a combined shipping discount if you purchase more than one item.  IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT, YOU MUST CONTACT ME.  I will send you an adjusted invoice with the new shipping price.   Items must be paid for at the same time to be eligible for a shipping discount.  Insurance and delivery confirmation cost extra and are optional.  If you do not choose to insure your item, I am NOT responsible if the post office loses your item.  I am also happy to ship internationally.

Returns:  Unless otherwise stated, items are either vintage or used and they are sold AS IS. I do my best to describe items accurately and I will list any major flaws in the item description.  However, being human, I may occasionally miss something.  If you feel an item differs DRASTICALLY from what was described, you should contact me about returning it.  If an item is returned, I will fully refund the purchase price.  Shipping, insurance and/or delivery confirmation are non-refundable. Exchange Policy: I only grant refunds if an item is drastically different from how it was described.  Because I list the exact measurements of an item, I do not offer refunds if an item does not fit.  However, I want my customers to be happy with their experience in my store, so if an item does not fit, you may return it and receive STORE CREDIT equal to the value of the purchase price of the item (which does not include shipping and handling costs).  This store credit may be used at any time towards the purchase of anything else in my store.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the new item you wish to purchase.

Clothing Condition: The large majority of the items in my store are vintage, and therefore pre-owned.  I do my best to only put items up for sale that are in very good to excellent vintage condition, and I will list any major flaws that I notice.  However, most vintage clothing has been around for several decades or more, and it may have some minor snags in the fabric, the occasional loose thread or other minimal signs of wear.  Vintage items may also have raw seams that have not been serged.  By bidding, you are accepting that these items are used and may not be 100% perfect.  However, if I overlook something major, please contact me and I will allow you to return the item.  Also note that while this is a SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE HOME, I acquire my inventory from a wide variety of places, and I can't say whether or not the previous owners of my inventory smoked or had pets.  I ALWAYS recommend that clothing be washed before it is worn, even if it is new with tags, because the items have probably been in storage for a while.
