Vintage 1980's strapless New Wave dress with a pink rose and flounce peplum.

This is from the 50's retro revival of the mid-80's with pink and green roses on a black and white polka dot background.

The top is fitted with elastic shirring across the back to the waist to keep it snug and upright. The skirt is super-straight with an asymmetric peplum anchored with a pink rose over the left hip.

The dress closes up the back with a nylon zipper and there's vertical boning over the bust.
