Our goal is 100% satisfaction with every transaction. Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Many of the items that we sell are previously owned unless stated differently, ie. (NEW or UNUSED) All the merchandise we sell we give a 3 day money back guarantee. Within 3 days of the day you receive your item, you must contact us, let us know of any problem and you can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. If you have any questions please email us before you bid, after you bid is not the time to ask your questions about the item itself.
We test all merchandise thoroughly if they are used. We will note any problems that we find. Because we sell such a wide variety of merchandise sometimes we just don't know how to test every feature. If you would like any specific tests done on a used item we are selling please notify us and we will make every effort to comply with your request before your bid.

If you have a problem after the sale we will of course make all reasonable attempts to work with you in repairing or resolving the problem. If they item you receive is not what you expected it to be you must notify us via email. If the item is new it must still be sealed when you ship it back to us, all items returned must be in the exact condition they were shipped in to qualify for a refund.
Keep in mind your bid on E-bay is a binding contract and payment is expected within 5 days of the ended auction. Insurance is recommended on items shipped and if you choose it will be purchased on your behalf to protect your purchase during it's transit to you. Some items we require on the item. Because insurance is purchased any recourse in regards to shipping is to be handled between the buyer and the post office.
