The top is metal, the bottom is plastic.  It can stand on the table, counter or bar and it readily be can be wall mounted.  It is in terrific condition just a a few tiny nicks which are all but impossible to see. It stands 9-1/4" tall x 4-5/8" wide.  Enjoy the view from all angles on the many photos provided.  A great piece of the past for the retro kitchen, bar or game room!
