Vintage advertisement kitchen gadget. I think it is a egg separator with a plastic or bakolit handle. It measures 8 1/2" overall the handle is off-white with blue printing and designs. It reads "Live Better Electrically" Iowa Electric Light and Power Co. Serving the great state of Iowa. Made by the Vernon Co. Newton, Iowa. It is in good condition, I hope the pictures show how nice it is.
