Original Vintage Punch Card - Never Used

Measures 4.25 x 5.25 inches

Condition is very good - ALL punch outs are intact. Some minor wear to corners and edges. Lower right corner bumped and gently bent. Faint yellowing from age. Colors are vivid, graphics are crisp.
