Payment

Payment is due within 5 days of the auction ending. If payment is not made within this time frame, I will relist the item. I accept PayPal and Money Orders.

If you are paying with a Money Order, please send me a quick email and let me know that is your payment method. I understand that this method takes longer, and if you let me know within 5 days, I will not relist the item.

Shipping

We almost always use UPS Ground to ship our packages. UPS insures all it's packages up to $100 without purchasing any other insurance. If you item is over $100 we will include extra insurance and your flat rate will not change. A tracking number from UPS will be generated and sent via email once the information is entered in the system.

Sometimes we use USPS when there is a small envelope or if the item qualifies to be shipped through Media Mail. Media Mail is for items like magazines or books and is much cheaper. However, it can take weeks for the item to arrive. If I am shipping Media Mail I will state it in the listing. If possible, we will always combine shipping.

We always try to pack all items in one box unless we believe that the items will not be secure. If this is the case, we will have to split larger quantities into smaller quantities.

Terms of Sale

We do not accept returns unless we grossly mis-represent an item. This will be on a case by case basis. We are not experts on what we sell, but we do try to do extensive research and describe our items to the best of our ability.

My name is Beth and my mother's name is Marie. We work together as a team trying to find the best items and pass on savings to our customers. We enjoy working together and find selling on eBay to be very exciting and enjoyable.

My mother has been employee of the year at one of the Federated Department Stores and won the Disney Spirit award when she worked for the Disney Store. This award is only given to 1% of the total Disney Family (Stores, Theme Parks, etc..) every year.

I used to work as an Account Manager and Demand Planner for several multi million dollar accounts at a flexible packaging company and also was an MRO Buyer for a 600,000 square foot facility. We are combining our customer service and business experience to offer you the best shopping experience possible.
